Lessons in Business

Today I received an email from Jane Pollak. For those of you who don't know who Jane Pollak is, you might want to take a look. She used to make gorgeous decorated eggs and eventually published a how-to book. And as life takes its twists and turns, Jane is now working as a professional coach, she wrote another book "Soul Proprietor"and she does speaking engagements as well (I had the pleasure of being at one of these events). Soul Proprietor is about 101 Lessons she learned while developing her business. And Jane is definitely what I call a media maven! I find myself referring to her book every now and again. It's packed with a lot of really good information. Here's what Carol Duvall said about the book: "A serious book that is also great fun to read. I found it to be helpful, interesting and incredibly informative. I believe that anyone in business for themselves, or just starting a business, will find this book valuable." Jane says "if she can make a successful business out of decorating eggs, you can make a business out of anything.
