Today I'm featuring the work of Liv Blavarp, a Norwegian born master woodworker. She creates the most amazing, one-of-a-kind, sculpture-to-wear necklaces and collars. They're dramatic, asymmetrical pieces that invoke everything from sealife to vertebra. I enjoy how her clasps are such an integral piece of the design. She dyes the wood and carves it into curving, organic shapes. Hope you enjoy - have a marvelous Monday. Happy MLK Day!

Speechless, actually...(for once)
Wow, I'll say she's a master woodworker. Beautiful! Thanks for sharing her with us.
